This movement isn't about national security; it's about race. Otherwise, Trump and his people would have a problem with all the illegals from nations other than Central and South America as well.
And the end game isn't deportation if they can pull it off.

Neither is good.
Worst part is the American people fell for this, and voted for it.
Currently 8.3 million people are WORKING in the US, who are here illegally. Currently ONLY 6.3 million Americans are unemployed. If he kicks out the illegals, and 100% of the unemployed take the jobs the illegals left behind (won't happen), we'd still be 2 MILLION WORKERS SHORT.
NOW, add to this tariffs, and trying to push manufacturing jobs BACK to the US, when we're already short on labor, and it's a disaster. Complete. Total.

I agree that the Dems that do that are fools and only help the Repubs. They need to have a better message. That said, generally these illegals are good for the country though, but we do need tighter borders and they should wait on the other side as far as the ones that are legally coming here. Dems message is terrible though. There has to be some balance. The Dems don't seem to realize that their words get used against them and costs them elections.

This is going to be a humongous mess. And the legal case for it is sketchy at best. WE're not "at war". So, it will be challenged in the courts.
