I listened to a recruiting guru...

.... the guy on warchant.com, which is the FSU on3 website, talk tonight. He said that nothing was decided whether or not FSU would go after a portal QB but the possibility is strong they would. When asked about DJ he said, "I'm not saying he is #1 on their board, but he is on the board."
Saturday night will be informative.

Brett I love it for us but as a secondary FSU fan (grew up watching the Noles as my sister went there so I root for them when they're not playing Clemson), I hate it for you all.
As the NFL scouts said about Ej Manual, he has "slow eyes"...meaning he cant' read a defense and make his checks and reads quick enough. DJ is the poster child of this.
I don't have it but I live out West and someone did a break down of DJ's season and against teams that had a defensive pulse he was way below average. He hasn't changed, he had a great OL, run game, and a lot of lesser competition this year.
I hope the kid goes somewhere and makes a bunch of NIL money in this/his last year because he won't go to the pros, and if he does it'll be a lower round and likely get cut early.

Makes zero sense for either to be after him. He's on record saying he doesn't like the QB run element. Both of them rely on it in their offensive schemes. Look how shaky FSU was when Travis didn't run when they were protecting him after the BC game. FSU would be a place for KJ Jefferson, Riley Leonard or Will Howard.

If they want Clemson to kick their teeth in next year go ahead. If he ever plays Clemson, the things said by his father will be reposted for everyone to see. DJ cannot handle qb pressure. Wes would turn this young man inside out. So if that's what they want go for it!!
