Finebaum really is an SEC rat, and don’t you let anything he says deceive you of the fact that he is paid to stay United with the SEC and to bring down others. I promise. He’s got that deceitfulness in his eyes and that smirk. He can think on higher levels than all the low-lifes that call into the show.
And he’d be quick to deny any prejudices against Clemson that he has if you were to call in and confront him about it. He’d act like you’re stupid for thinking it. But we ALL know it’s true.
If we were to ever join the SEC, his skinny a** better not be allowed to come to Clemson for any coverage on the SECN. I don’t have much tolerance for back-stabbing weasels.
ACCPM talks about nonsense most of the time, but at least Pack and Taylor don’t continuously cast negative beliefs about other programs.
Yes, he’s very educated and deserves to be in his position, but until Clemson joins the SEC, there won’t be any positivity thrown towards them.
Clemson is the Devil to the SEC and Alabama, and Georgia, and South Carolina. Clemson has been the biggest road block for SEC teams other than Ohio State in the playoffs and in general.
Examples to prove Finebaum’s bias:
1) He called Dabo a “grouch”. “Dabo the Grouch.”

Calls Clemson fan base, “the most insecure”.
3) And then in 2018 when we pummeled Alabama 44-16. Sure he gave “credit” to Clemson after, but before the game, he didn’t take it easy. Actually went as far as to bring us down with his words before the game and insulting our chances at winning. Well guess what bud, Bama didn’t even deserve to be on the grass with us.
Done here with my rant. But, tired of all the SEC folks and that Rat himself not giving Clemson the credit for our program’s success and greatness. We’re better than any SEC program in every aspect of a University. Get out of here.

I remember Dabo's first call in to PF's TV program.

PF eluded to the question of whether or not Dabo would someday replace Saban. Dabo spent the next 13-15 minutes detailing how Bama had inconsiderately broken his heart. He was hired and fired twice before he ever received a paycheck. One of those incidents included a coach hiring him as the TE coach then replacing him with the coach's sons.
At one time Dabo's life was put on hold for nearly a year with the promise of expectations to be hired when 'something opened up.' After that final letdown Dabo went into real estate with a developer.
When Dabo concluded his speech Finebaum simply stated, 'I suppose there's no reason to ask if you'd consider returning to Alabama.' Dabo then told him that he would remain 'at Clemson as long as they will have me.'
That conversation ended Finebaum's respect for Clemson and he has spewed venom toward us since though he has never disrespected Dabo.
My hope for Clemson is that Dabo has that Paw branded on his heart and being a man who has more integrity in his little toe than and five SEC coaches he wasn't lying to PF when he stated those facts without remorse.
I recorded that interview and have tried to post it here but I'm not technically sophisticated enough to do so. Perhaps I will transcribe it someday.

Do you know why I can’t take Finebaum seriously? It’s because he’s switched his opinion of Dabo multiple times. I’m guessing because of current events at those particular times he came out and said something different of him.
Finebaum talks about Dabo too much. He may think he doesn’t because he doesn’t talk about Clemson on his show, but he’s mentioned him several times in the past years.

You can read it. This is when he claimed this. Yet, now he would say Kirby Smart without a doubt. And what he said was positive about Dabo. But it’s been extremely negative at other times.
There’s no credibility anymore. All I believe he talks about is based off his current opinions/emotions towards current life events. It’s normal to behave that way, but you can’t do that if you’re a talk show host.
I’m just tired of Dabo getting slighted of his greatness. Recent years haven’t been the same, but it’ll be figured out.

He knows full well when Saban fails that his pet team will fade into obscurity along with some of the prestige of his pet conference. Dabo is the next generation hope for PF.

I can see us being a thorn in the side of all those teams... except Georgia. In the past 30 years, Clemson has only beaten Georgia one Time

WE seem to be a good bit more on the radar due to Dabo's beliefs & how he isn't afraid to share them when asked.
This is all due to the massively screwed up world we are living in right now.

This is obviously what I’m doing. To any of you that think I’m “insecure” about my football program.
It’s not really something in my life I’m insecure of, it’s just that I and other Clemson die hards have followed Dabo more closely. I don’t know Dabo personally, but he’s obviously the best head coach and the one that these young men SHOULD look towards.

Never granted an interview with him speaks volumes that it is also personal between them. I wish someone would ask Paul why he has never had Dabo on. And it's not because he is not in the SEC. Finebaum has had plenty of non-Sec guests.
Dabo loves to give interviews, but not Finebaum. And not because he fears Finebaum would get the best of him. In fact, Finebaum would be as nice as you could imagine and look like a deer in headlights as if he had never said anything bad. He has called kne of Dabo's players stupid and said the same about Dabo's fanbase.
I will say this. Paul has said that for anyone that has never been to Clemson, you should know it's a very special place and a place to study, work and play sports.
But Paul has let Clemson get the best of him and crossed into unprofessionalsm. Dabo will never be on Finebaum show. And that says everything.
