Need some help. We can't find a babysitter for Saturday.

We have a little girl who is 9 months old. And for some reason everyone is canceling on us for Saturday. Has anyone taken a baby to a game before. Do you think it will be too loud, and I doubt I will need a ticket but can anyone give me any incite to this?

they don't do all games, but I think they're doing this one.
I'm 99% sure you won't need a ticket for the baby, but it will be very loud. The new speakers are very loud

"experienced" mothers around me, I would recommend continuing looking for a sitter. Many of the ones around me complain about people bringing infants to the game in the hot weather.
Also, if the child is unhappy, so will you be, and so will be those around you.

i took my 11 mo old and he was asleep for most of the game. He was more startled at baseball games since its sudden noise, not constant.
They have a baby sitter service at Clemson as well.

Yes, took my first at 3 months....he rocked it.
It's Furman so wouldn't worry about the noise.
No ticket needed.
However, don't expect to stay the whole game.

It has been a pretty good day. Dumpers and coots pretty thin in here.

Sunburn, noise, heat?
I've seven children. No way I would expose a baby to the elements. Family first, make the wife stay home and take your girlfriend.

He's a little over 2 now. Took him last weekend but it was just too dang hot. This weekend looks like it may be a good one. I say go for it. They don't need a ticket until 3 years old.

Nine years ago my wife & I took our firstborn to a game when she was a few months old. At around the same time we took her on a 3 hr. round-trip flight in a Cessna, which has a tendency to be loud. On both occasions we used the kid's size moldable earplugs to keep from deafening the baby.
Sun exposure could be a serious issue at the game, so I'd make sure to address it, and be careful of the heat as well. (I don't know the forecast . . . )

And it was a warm day so nothing to worry about. Children that young get in for free as well I know we didnt pay anything for him. As well, one important tip is to try not to pay more attention to the game than him and PLEASE be sure to change those dirty diapers!
We went to a game one time where a little girl crapped herself, it was coming out the sides, and the wind was in our face...
I would have rather smelled the players' sweat...

There are times and places for a 9 month old baby...

A football game is not one of them. I'm sorry but it's irresponsible. I saw infants at the game last weekend and it was borderline child abuse subjecting them to heat , sun, and noise like that. It's also selfish. Sorry if you think I'm a ####.

############, that baby will surely die in the Clemson heat. You either keep your ### at home with the baby or find someone to watch her.

and fans. We were all friends and drove up for games and tailgated together. One of their boys was way too young to go to games but they brought him with us and dropped him off at a local daycare place. It was on 28 near Pendleton. They left him there every home game for years. That place only opened on Saturdays when we had home games and was always packed. I'd suggest calling the daycare centers in and around Clemson.
