Also... remember beer on tap is not as strong as what's in the bottle. Utah has some fairly archaic alcohol laws, if you're in to that sort of thing. I am...that's why I live in Wyoming.

Not about watching the game. But eat at the Cortona Italian Grill. You’ll thank me. Tiny hole in the wall with world-class food. Hard to get a reservation. Call way way in advance of the day you want to eat there.

I second the Wasatch nomination too and highly recommend the cheese curds and chili! May not be open at kickoff though since you will be seeing some AM football.
No Name Saloon is a solid option as well.
"The Spur Bar and Grill" is not a bad place. I am not exactly sure I could watch the UofSuC game at a place named this though!

Saw 'The Spur' advertised as well...pretty sure i couldn't watch there, just on principle...
