Meanwhile, Houston and Phoenix gained 4% new retail establishments during that stretch."


Maybe ... just maybe ... people are moving (with their money) to the burbs because they don't wanna get shot or mugged every time they go out for dinner.

This is a lie as I've read on here many times that crime is near all time lows in every major city in America. Things have never been better and anyone who says different is a MAGA terrorist. This apparently includes CNN and the Democrat NYC Mayor, obviously as they are now clearly disseminating right wing propaganda which is full of outright lies.
