Fun Fact, nobody has ever left CECOT alive, the El Salvadorian president has even admitted that he knows innocent people got caught up in their raids, but can not let them out for unspecified reasons, presumably does not want communication to the outside world from the gang leaders incarcerated there, and/ or does not want the outside world to know about the conditions in the prison.

It doesn't bother you at all that a person who was here legally and in the process of getting permanent residency was flown to a foreign torture prison from which no prisoner has ever been released?
There has been precisely zero evidence presented that he was a gang member,
You mistake the arguments against Trump's current course of action... this isn't about sympathy for violent gang members who are here illegally, this is about the fact that if all you have to do to throw out due process is CLAIM someone is a violent gang member who is here illegally then due process no longer exists for you, or me, or anyone. Well, I suppose at this point, anyone who's skin is a darker shade than mine.

Essentially they were shaking him and his parents down fro him to join, that is how they roll, so this guy fled to the US to seek asylum over a decade ago.. To be in MS-13 you have to be intimated and have tatts, he does not have MS-13 tatts, Ice knows this, and so does Vance who is the one who blatantly lied about this by saying he was a member of Ms-13, as opposed to saying affiliated, which in its broadest definition can mean anything.

an immigration judge granted Abrego Garcia "withholding of removal" status, which legally protected him from being deported. This status allowed him to remain in the U.S. and obtain a work permit.
So yes, he was here legally
