should Lawson and Kearse get less defensive snaps?

If we are up in a game, should BV pull Lawson and Kearse earlier? It seems like the longer they play, the more stats they get, and the more opportunity they have for "highlight" type plays.
We need them back next year, so if we can control their exposure to the NFL, why wouldn't we?

Sure, that will make recruits come flocking to them. To basically sabotage the players draft status. I can't imagine any 18 year old prospect would want to go to a school that is a pipeline to the NFL.

Honestly no point in wearing out your 2 best defenders by playing them in the 1st quarter, especially. Maybe 1st half. But seriously, need fresh legs for those late game stretches.

Dabo cares about these kids and will do what's best for them. To try to "hide" their talents from the nfl is not only unethical, but also bad for recruiting.
