Men at 25 play football. Men at 40 play tennis. Men at 60 play golf. Have you noticed as men get older their balls get smaller.

And I see the family has already hired lawyers. HMMM***

And? This is a totally reasonable move from the family.

This is clearly a wrongful death and it occurred on a business trip, there are probably a lot of complicated issues about insurance.

Prayers to the family of this man.

I am not saying they don't have a lawsuit, but what would the case be?

Wrongful death against the shooter, potential negligence against the mother of the shooter if she provided the gun knowing her son’s condition etc….as well as her employer the Sheriff’s Department, if they knew about this situation beforehand and he used a Departmental issued gun….perhaps negligence on the university if the shooter was supposed to be banned from campus etc

*this is all speculation and not legal advice*

The deputy is his step mother..the gun was a gun she
bought from police dept. The man is 20 years old, he
is to blame not her.

Seems off based to stick culture politics in this, but you do you.***

but the family should have legal guidance going forward so they’re entitled to the maximum benefits Aramark should extend.

Prayers for the victims and their families. May God bless them with peace, comfort and healing as they deal with this tragic situation.

It’s scary as the world continues to turn away from God and focus on greed and money.

🙏🙏🙏

Greed and money weren't a factor in this case. Also, people need money. They focus out of necessity. It's an expensive world.
