Congratulations. That is a big contract, with the bonus and 5th year. Out of any receiver coming out this year, he can earn it over the long haul. I bet on Williams. He should be able to rack of some numbers quick putting him on the highlight film with Rivers throwing him the ball. He's going to be a great pro. Top 5 in the league sooner rather than later. Great situation for Williams to get great stats and a lot of catches.

Technically the $12.5 is paid upfront. With the remaining spread over 4 years. For salary cap purposes the entire contract is allocated over the 4 years.
