Thank God not the Bragg who lost the battles of Perryville, Stones River, Chattanooga and Chickamuga. He sucked and was a disgrace to the Confederacy and military profession in general.

PFC Bragg was awarded both the silver cross and a purple heart for his service in WW2. 100,000 silver stars and over 1 million purple hearts were awarded during WW2. So how do you pick which of those heroes to name a base after?
