If we are going to earnestly go down this road, you also have to admit that the legal process to get your drivers license in SC is more difficult than getting a gun permit.
And it should be difficult, drivers with the best intentions are still dangerous. And it certainly isn’t protected by our bill of rights either. Which just leaves us to argue what “well regulated” means and I would say the US is falling way short on that front.
