It's going to be one of them dainty, "fruit IS a dessert" type meals.
What should I bring that'll have some depth?
Been thinking burnt ends, but would love to entertain other options.

Last night I made two apps for family Christmas. Beef tartare with a smoked oyster aioli, and caramelized onion goat cheese tarts. They were nice hearty apps, and umami bombs.

to try it. My family was skeptical of tuna tartare until I made it for them on a beach trip. They loved it. It may have been one of your recipes (mango base as I recall, maybe some avocado?). If so, thank you.

And be good with crackers as an appetizer. Just fancy it up a bit. Or just lay the slab out there and let people carve it themselves. Yum!

Thats a psychopath move and no one eats it.
I bake a mean cheese cracker. It's like a cheezit shortbread. Always a hit.

Either Domino’s or Papa John’s. Seriously, pizza brings joy. Merry Xmas. 🎄 🍕

Deviled eggs. It’s ridiculous how much I love those things. I hid the last half-dozen or so at a friend’s party quite a few years ago. Ate them after everyone left. Good times.
