two feet so he is going to a place where his dad is on the staff. UNC currently can't hold our jock strap when it comes to 'Family atmosphere' and focusing on his position which were big factors according to him. Maybe UNC is right where he needs to be. Best of LUCK

Now even if you want it will be impossible to fire his dad if his dad is a bad fit at NC. I don't blame him for leaving the coots. But if he wants what's best for his kid he may have told to at least give Clemson one more look.
I hope the kid does well, but sometimes you flourish out from under your parents.
He might as well live at home!

All of us get a little upset when we don't bring in all the top recruits. But we're not that far away from not getting any of the recruits that it takes to win at the level we're winning at now. And now we see that getting to the level we're at now, kids see that competing for playing time will be really tough at Clemson. I'm pretty sure that is what we were saying to kids before we got on the same level of the elite schools that stayed loaded with talent to where some never got any amount of playing time. As long as our coaching staff continues to put kids in the NFL, we will continue bringing in the top level talent that it takes to stay on top. It's all about filling our position needs every year with elite talent. That is what Dabo and staff has done ever since Dabo become our head FB coach!!!

I'm happy for any kid who makes his choice. What I struggle with is Adam's use of 'family' as it relates to Clemson v UNC. His dad is all that makes UNC feel more like 'Family', otherwise, there is simply no comparison. If you want to have credibility, son, speak your own words and make your own decisions. Don't belittle, nor use as a pawn for your own attention, a program that is absolutely the pinnacle of 'Best is Standard' to bring attention to your yourself and, frankly, the slimy program you've just joined. Good luck, though.

truth is he's a baseball and football player and unc is allowing him to play both while clemson would not. My guess is he'll focus on baseball over football in a year or two, more upside.
