That's how weak the NCAA is. He should not ever be allowed to coach college, at any level, again.

There was crazy messed up stuff going on at Baylor while he was there. But he was never hit with any NCAA penalties and the school paid him 15 million after firing him. I wonder what was really going on down there. Im sure there were lots of people that turned a blind eye to the assaults that were never even mentioned directly in any law suits or any public reports. Im not saying he should coach, Im just saying it seems like there is more to that whole story than meets the eye.

He was the scapegoat for the school, he was completely exonerated by the courts.

I welcome any additional information. I know that no NCAA violations occurred in regard to the matter. The NCAA did release this statement: “In each instance, when the head coach received information from a staff member regarding potential criminal conduct by a football student-athlete, he did not report the information and did not personally look any further into the matter,” the report said. “His incurious attitude toward potential criminal conduct by his student-athletes was deeply troubling to the panel.”
