Picking up a pork butt today and will smoke it on Saturday. One daughter prefers chicken, so I'll get a whole one to smoke, too.
Also grilling burgers on Monday.

Gonna smoke a chuck roast for tacos.
Also gonna grill regular old burgers and dogs because it seems appropriate.

All frozen?
Do they have prime beef there?

Also have milk, eggs, butter, bread, local honey, fresh greens, etc.
Get your cuts as thick as you want, I did some 2" ribeyes one time and that was a bit much. Check out their specials/bundles too. Right now you can get 15 pounds of ground beef for $90. Usually their facebook page is up to date.

Browns meat retail outlet in Gaffney.
Whole Beef Tendy is $7.70/lb.
5lb whole tenderloin works out to $40.
Best GD beef deal in the USA.

Throw a cooler in the car next time you go past gaffney for work.
Dip by that spot and buy 3. Throw a bag of ice on em, take em home, cutem up, freeze em, profit.

I picked up 10 of them yesterday. Yes, 10. $400. Didn't keep a single one because I still have a whole one in my freezer. Distributed them throughout the barrio.
They meat packers since the 30s that opened up a retail store for the public. I don't have much of a theory for why the beef tendies are priced the way they are other than maybe they just sell the rest of the cow too fast to keep up with tenderloin demand.
There's other beef products in there as well, but I think these are the best value.
Oh, and good quality and yummy.
Catch is, they are only open 8:30-4:30 weekdays.

burgers were the awesome, but use more meat than you normally would since the fat cooks off pretty dramatically with those burgers.
