After Numerous Frustrating Customer Service Interactions

Recently, including an IPTAY challenge, I am 100% fed up with the following lame excuses from anyone dealing with customers:

1) The pandemic has caused this (insert negative outcome)

2) The supply chain problem caused (insert negative outcome)

3) The labor shortage has caused (insert negative outcome)

To the morons who still recite these failmantras I say cowboy up buttercup. For sport count how many times in a day you see some gimp use these crutches for things hardly even impacted by the excuse. Rant over!

Sadly, things are what they are and the reasons don't really matter. Some services are better but many will never be back to where they were pre COVID, because businesses found out they can thrive as things are.

Well, the supply chain has significantly impacted my business. If I can't get the raw material, I can't process it.
