Best Burger in Clemson Area?

Where do you think you can buy the best burger in the Clemson area now? Every time I mention Mac's now all I hear is people calling it a greasy spoon, etc. I know it's not as good as when Mac was alive and ran it.
What do you think?

5 guys in anderson will be the best option in the area. BGR is good, but the place is too expensive.

Mac's is still the best burger in Clemson. BGR is the worst.

Or Hwy 93. Best way to get there from Clemson is take 123, exit where the old Wal-Mart was. Turn left, go past Easley High to the second red light and take a right. Joe's will be on the right just past Wingard's Jewlery.
If you cross the train tracks you've gone too far.

is at "Monck's Corner" in Central (on Rd 18 between Central and Wal-Mart). Good taste and large for the price plus variety on their menu.

Macs and second is the COOK-OUT. BGR is not good and way too expensive. In Easley its Joe's.

It's in Central, near the Wal-Mart. Not sure of the exact address, though I've eaten there a few times.
Big burgers! And tons of sides to choose from, including hush puppies.
Give it a shot. Trust me.

I stopped in at Mac's a few weeks back and I must say its hard to screw up a cheeseburger. But, that was the worst cheeseburger I've ever eaten.

Pete's No. 6 in Easley used to be my favorite, but have not eaten there lately. Have a hard time holding my car in the road every time I drive by there.
