Don't get me wrong I am glad we won but, when we have a team down big why do we stop playing?? Up by 21 in the third with the defense and offense looking really good again and then the defense the next 3 series just goes through the motions. We had more holes then swiss cheese those 3 series and give up 21 points with little resistance. Really shocked with so much on the line that we get a big lead and then have to hold on for dear life again at the end.... I hope in the playoffs they can figure out a way to play for an entire 4 quarters.

Sounds as though your stress level is so high, you should probably find another team to support...or at least another board to post on...I hear cheering for the chickens is a pretty low stress endeavor...

No way brother... not rooting for no #### chickens!!!! Been part of the clemson family since 1977 and will post here when I want too and express my opinion... Just would like to see more complete games like last weeks dismantling of the chickens you speak of.

We all wish they could be like the Coot game , but they aren't . The game is played by two teams and when one is doing well it generally can be attributed to their own performance , not so much the lack of performance by the other team .

I didn't feel like they quit playing as hard but I did think our D-line looked like they got a bit tired. Also, why did BV quit blitzing when it was working so well to keep their QB off balance and with little time to throw. Late in the 4th quarter he started blitzing again and it really worked out well. Finally, what in the world was with the play where no one rushed their QB? I have never seen anything like that before.
Now, since I wrote something a little bit critical, is someone going to call me a coot? I have been going to Clemson games ever since it cost $1.00 to sit in the end zone and my Dad would take us to games back around 1962! As soon as I was old enough to get a job, I went in halves with my Dad on a Gold Card IPTAY membership. With 10 kids, he couldn't afford it alone.

But I agree... The team looks very, very good for part of the game and then seems to lose its concentration. One commentator said the defense just looks like they get tired at periods. Weak tackling and spacious pass coverage seemed to show up at the ahead times as well. Glad to see the guys winning, but it isn't the dominance that one hopes for in an elite team. This team has been good to watch and should be praised to have gotten to 12 and one...a great feat!

We are going to look back on this year's down the road and see that this has been one #### of a time to be a Tiger. Stressful, yes. But oh how good it feels when it's over and we get the W! 1 more than the other team 2 more times. All in all the time! Go Tigers!
