Just went thru the drive thru at a newer Bojangles (maybe open since beginning of the year or so), and the drive thru speaker was AI. It was like giving an order to Siri. I told it to wait a sec, it complied. Then took my order super easy. No hassle, foreign language, or anything.... Way to go Bojangles for putting the robots to good use

will be an absolute disaster due to behaviors of the one doing the ordering.
Cook-Out is about the only place I use a drive through, sometimes when I've ordered Chic Fil A on the app.
I do not mind the times I've had to order at a kiosk. I think as that become more and more prevalent that customers could possibly learn just how bad POS systems are and why a certain part of the population struggles even though they are getting paid to know it.
