You believe in nonsense. The internet to your feeble brain. That fact you are agreeing with a nutcase who started the thread shows youre a moron and lost.

I can't speak to Federal Agencies but I can speak to the military....

GW Bush's bestie Donald Rumsfeld actually started the purges in the Military. Rumsfeld got rid of any GO who dared to have an opinion opposite or not fully onboard with his own. Look at how he treated Eric Shinseki. When asked by Congress his professional opinion about Iraq, Shinseki did the honest/right thing and gave them his professional opinion which was not aligned with Rumsfeld and his fellow chicken hawks. This pissed Rummy off so bad that he fired Army Secretary White (a former General himself who backed Shinseki's statements) and refused to show up for Shinseki's retirement ceremony - a man-child snub of a guy that gave 38 years of service to his country.
From that point on Rumsfeld commenced to thin the Flag ranks of anyone but DC corporate "yes" men. Rumsfeld went so far as to grab an already retired GO (Gen Schoomaker) to come back on active duty to be CSA because he needed an "outsider" to help him gut the active military GO's of anyone who wasn't on the Rummy team. Of course Rummy followed Gen Schoomaker with a puppet - Gen Casey - from which the road to Flag officer rank was firmly established as being a Rumsfeld DC "yes" man.
When the Obama administration took over they simply watched what Rumsfeld had done and used his "method" of building the GO ranks in their own image. Simply put - the Obama DoD built on Rumsfeld's DC "yes" men requirement and added political ideology as part of the roadmap to upper flag rank. To move into the 2 star and above ranks - one had better be ideologically aligned (or at least go along to get along) with the Obama administration. Generals have always been political animals but with Obama they made the path to upper Flag rank (3/4 Star) a one sided political animal.
These corporate DC "yes" men with left leaning ideological bends hunkered down during the Trump years and continued to promote their future GO mini-me's in the Rumsfeld/Obama system. Trump did absolutely NOTHING to change the GO culture or the Rumsfeld/Obama GO roadmap and simply signed off on whatever promotion slate was put in front of him. This was a huge Trump failure but was of no surprise because Trump is ignorant of the military and trusted the former GO's in his administration and the service chiefs who were all products of that Rumsfeld/Obama GO roadmap themselves.
IMO this is one of the biggest problems in our military today - GO's that are DC corporate "yes" men with a one-sided political ideological bend. They are largely unaccountable for their failures, have allowed the warrior focus to be diluted with political/culture war non-sense, and are more interested in remaining in the "club" than anything else in their careers. They have allowed certain DC favored political positions to filter down the units/ranks as official policy and have led the military away from being apolitical to some levels of actual political engagement.
This is why many of us veterans/retirees refuse to recommend service to many of our young people and part of the reason the military's recruiting is in the toilet. We know that when the military's focus is on anything but war fighting lethality and building hardened warriors that future Soldiers/Sailors/Marines will unnecessarily die on future battlefields because they are unprepared for the harsh realities they will face. IMO, if we don't turn the military around we are headed for a 1950's Korean War type of military casualty wake-up call all over again and I would not want any young person I know to be a part of it...

They could literally be lining up any Republican they wanted beside shallow graves and putting a slug behind their ear and not a single Jew hating leftist would have any reaction other than that they deserved it. Just like all the dead Jews in Israel. This is how the modern left views its enemies and they prefer you dead and out of the way. So why would they have a problem with a little governmental overreach?

Don't fly, drive. Make sure all lights work, including license tag lights. Wear your seatbelt. Don't speed. Turn phone off.
