Gizzards. Hard to find tender ones though. KFC had the best around until they discontinued serving them.

I went to a potluck lunch with the shop guys. One brought the most tender gizzards. I asked how he got them so tender. He said he chewed them first.

Yep 84, when the elites, Dems, Mega Rich, stupid woke children, MSM, Soros, NEA, DOJ, CHINA etc get their way and there is NOOOOO diesel fuel for farmers, those bugs will look mighty tasty. However, there will be just enough of the electric grid(wind-solar-hydro) left to run only the children"s cell phones and they will at least be be happy as they starve....

Nope, neither for me. No liver from any animal. We did pickle some deer hearts a few times and those were ok. Probably because I like just about anything pickled.
When I was a kid my Granny would scramble eggs and pork brains for breakfast. That wasn’t bad either.

Livers all the way, doc told me to only eat them once a month due to the high iron content. That applies to all organs.
