Some of it is the Texas speed. Clemson players let that get between the ears and it hurt their confidence.

Then in the outfield, not sure our team has experienced line drives hit so hard all season. They didn’t know how to react and got turned all around.

Clemson has not and the fielding and hitting with runners on base has been dismal.

No one will question it and people will talk about how 'proud' they are.

Texas is the superior team in talent. Remember, they played OU for the CWS title last year. They played their B game in the first two games and nearly got taken out. Clemson didn’t take advantage when opportunity was there. Bottomline, Rittman needs to recruit and develop players more than every other year. Better and deeper talent is when they will play their way beyond a super regional.
