Chick problem, family problem, booze or pills is my guess though. He came to them and told them he had an issue and needed help, so they are keeping it in house. Maybe he was more discreet about it and they are respecting his coming to them. It's kind of private for now type thing.

That's a good point. It could be addiciton related. I was just reading between the lines when the coach said "issue bigger than football."

Amen ..... he was a pretty easy target, but when something like this occurs, it's time to think of him as a person in need of help and just pray that he overcomes whatever it is he is facing. I think we all may have a guess what it is, and if he needs time off to get help, then it is much more important than football.
