Crazy day at the Doug - could barely stand up

21

May 6, 2023, 9:39 PM

much less walk due to extreme pain in my lower back and hip but absolutely none when sitting or driving there and back home. Would have walked from outfield seats to visit MyFav and Jr along with CUTiger1989 behind the plate otherwise- really enjoyed the game though

How was the outfield seating? Always wanted to sit out there one day.

Was in right field - second row

Right at the center of the Tiger Paw on the grass - brother- in- law kept saying he was glad I picked those seats even though he knew I had little choice. Only better outfield seats would have been in the Cajun Cafe

I actually like sitting in the outfield the last time I was down. Would love to be able to head out to the Cajun Cafe but never understood how you get that opportunity.

This was something new for me Back was a little sore

10

From yard work before I left home but went in Academy Sports in Anderson and thought a kidney stone had hit me- can’t understand the pain in my hip and thigh or might still be thinking that.

I know how it feels Clover. Because I had a terrible hip pain two months ago that would come and go. But it finally went away thank god.

I had the same problem for almost a month went to a chiropractor and he put insoles in my shoes because I am flat footed. It was better almost over night and I haven’t had anymore pain for almost a week now. Sure wish I had gone to him earlier. I’ve had a hip replacement years ago and this pain was the most intense pain I’ve ever had before. Hope yo get to feeling better soon!

Get you a Teeter Inversion table. I suffered from low back pain for years but once I got the inversion table, it was easy to keep under control. I use it 3 times a week and if I get the slightest hint of back or hip pain, I use it 2 or 3 times a day! I don't own stock nor am I a salesperson for Teeter, I'm just telling you this, because it Works.

JL is 100 percent Clemson. Hate a lot of people feel the way they do about him but hearing interviews after he left you knew he loved Clemson and the game of baseball. I’m glad he is back!

Been working a golf tourney. On my feet for 12 hours on Thursday. Was out spectating for 9 on Friday and worked another 10 on Saturday. Found out I’m terribly out of shape. My lower back gives me fits everyday so these last 3 days were brutal. Going to stay at the house today to try and recuperate.

Visit a good chiropractor if you have back issues. I one thought they were quacks but I was very wrong. When my oldest son was born he walked with a distinct limp. None of the doctors could help him. He slept with his leg in a brace for a long time and it didn’t help at all. After years and several dollars!! My wife told me she was taking him to a chiropractor. I said “not my son you aren’t”! As usual she won that dispute. One ten minute visit was all it took to resolve this problem.

Just a couple of years ago I had terrible sciatic nerve issue with my back. After spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars on test and X-rays scans the surgeons were preparing me for back surgery. As a last resort I decided that a visit to a chiropractor wasnt a bad idea. Two ten visits and I was good as new. Completely painless and almost no cost. I even got the Dr. Tickets to a Tiger football game and he still tells me what a great time his family had in the Valley. He is an Iowa grad.

Avoid surgery if you can.

You should have sued every MD that didn’t

suggest or ask if he had been to one. That’s insane.

I agree. I became a believer quickly. An operation likely would not have solved the problem and I would have been out of action for months and months …. And thousands of dollars.

I have an appointment tomorrow at 10:00!

I still go about twice a year to keep everything ‘aligned’!

Twenty five well spent bucks.
