New Yorkers are the ones polluting the river. Sue the people, not Pepsi.

The judge should tell the AG to go #### herself.

This is how leftist scum prosecutors become leftist scum senators. She knows what she's doing. Stopping out of control crime will never get you votes on the left but going after evil corporations is where you can make a name for yourself.

Whoa PepsiCo is one of my biggest equity investments

Lawsuit is targeting one company for a much larger environmental concern. On the surface this seems highly inequitable and discriminatory. Also not sure of the science behind tracing percentage of microplastics in a given ecosystem back to a specific supplier source. Also the consumer is an intermediary in the flow path. It can be argued that the consumer bears primary responsibility.

So it’s BS ___ and not sure why target a major business whose is headquartered and who (along with its employees) pays significant taxes in your state. That’s not very smart.
