they played differently today- not perfectly, but with a fire, focus, energy, and persistency and lack of utter sloppiness (mostly) that they haven't up to this point. It clearly shouldn't have taken four losses, elimination from playoff and ACC championship hopes, repameated unforced errors, a butt-kicking by Duke, and the public embarrassment of the coach by a disrespectful caller on a radio show for this team and/or staff to wake up. the "haters" are vindicated. When I say, "you have food between your teeth," and you pick it out, and say "no I don't," that doesn't make you right. In indicates I was right and you fixed the problem. The "haters" have been spot-on, and the truth of this hit a raw nerve.
That said, I'm being a bit facetious when I say "haters." What I really mean is critics. True haters can kiss off. But many pumpers use the word "haters" as a synonym for non-pumpers.
Dabo, the players, and the staff got it done today.

I've been frustrated and openly critical on here myself. Good fans can do that. I do so with the full understanding that Dabo has forgotten more about coaching football than I will ever know, and how absurd it would be for me to talk as if anything else were the case. Also, after all Dabo has achieved at Clemson, it's just as absurd for fans to think Dabo has lost it or the game has passed him by. #### those people, the Tyler's of the world.

It's not necessarily absurd. People observe that people in other fields lose the football the time. Outsiders may know less details, but there's also the objectivity of distance. None of this means Dabo has lost it. But laurels don't make you invincible.

I knew an old man, back 45 years ago, who said he was going to Florida next week to preach to the heathen. I asked why he called them heathen.
He said, "Heathen are people who curse the rain then curse the sunshine.'
I do not consider those who critique Dabo, Clemson or any player or coach as dumpers. They are those who complained about every game no matter the score or outcome since Dabo took the helm.
Example, and I quote me, 'Nothing Brownell will do will change my mind that he isn't fit to coach at Clemson!' I'm definitely a BB dumper. He made me hate basketball altogether.

I'm sure we have some Clemson haters that are members of T-Net, but I will promise you that there is a million times more Clemson lovers on here that absolutely hate to see Clemson having the kind of season that we've had, and they haven't stayed quiet about it. I will also promise you that the definition of those fans is far from being Clemson haters!!!
