thoughts on skipping past SC State and working on GT THIS WEEK? i know it is against the coaches beliefs and we are a one game at a time program, but atlanta has been such a doomsday venue for us lately, but knowing we are not quite in sync on either side of the ball are we just concentrating on fixing clemson this week. thoughts?

I honestly think GaT will be the wake up call the team needs. Looks like they had a grinder at Auburn and Troy was a let-down. I think SC State will be a hum-drum let down too. So, GaT will be the attention getter. Clearly we can beat them, but we cannot just mail it in. They are just not worried right now. If Tech is faster, stronger and better coached, as I expect them to be as compared to Troy and SC State, eyes will open for our team. I just hope they can respond quickly enough to get a good win.

> I honestly think GaT will be the wake up call the team needs. D- Did you read the material?
>Looks like they had a grinder at Auburn. > and Troy was a let-down.
D- Facts & Hollow information. Whats your point?
>I think SC State will be a hum-drum let down too. F. Based on what? What specifically about SC State's offensive and Defensive units support this claim?
So, GaT will be the > attention getter. F. ?????
Clearly we can beat them, but we > cannot just mail it in. They are just not worried right now. If Tech is faster, stronger and better coached, as I expect them to be as compared to Troy and SC State, eyes will open for our team. D- What does Tech being faster, stronger and better coached than Troy and SC State have to do with Clemson? So South Alabama hangs 50 on South Carolina by that logic?
> I just hope they can respond quickly enough to get a good win. D- Who is "they"? What is a Good Win? And over who? Why are you referring to "your team" as "they"? I can only assume you trailed off and forgot you were trolling.

Dabo is not serious about taking one game at a time, we're actually getting ready for Louisville right now!

I'm with you here, and wouldn't be surprised if that's not what happened this past week in terms of film study and prep.
Regardless, they will come out fighting. Remember WF game 2003 (horrid loss) followed by HUGE win over FSU #3 the next week???

SC State IS us working on Ga Tech

They run a similar option offense. It gives our D an extra week of prep for the triple option as well as a test with love bullets.
If last week wasn't the wake up call this team needed, it's gonna be a disappointing season to many. Thank goodness for us disappointing means 2 losses not 5 like it used to mean.
