Doesn't always work that way either. I trust coach to get things fixed but doesn't have any room for error this year.
I know a lot of people have lost patience. I don't know what to say. I am just here for the ride.

I didn't say anyone did. All I was saying was for all the arguments to use the transfer portal there's also arguments for not using it. I know there's a happy medium and that's what we want Clemson to do. But none of us can do anything about it

FSU and Miami were finalists for Cam Ward.
FSU lost out and is suffering the consequences. Miami won and looks to be on the fast track to win the ACC unless Mario Cristobal works his magic and messes everything up.

We have at least as big a problem with talent development as we do with the transfer portal.
Either that or every recruiting service has whiffed completely on our last 5 classes.
The number of 4 and 5 stars that have come and gone and never done anything spectacular is more than alarming.

You can plug in the pieces thru the portal but not build a team thru it. 2-3 players can be an asset , ask Georgia , Miami , Oregon ,
