Kelly's "scruffy" touchdown run a thing of beauty

What else does Boyd say about Kelly? What does Kelly say about his opportunity. Full Story » |

so much in that quarter. He's definitely a full throttle kind of player. Just needs to get another year of age and some composure under his belt.

It also says something about Kelly's attitude, focus, enthusiasm and his support for this team and this program. I would bet that Stoudt, Watson, when he arrives, and the others in our program are "team first" guys, and that is outstanding, IMO.

Saw that mistake and the one at the start of the game where they had Jayron and Grady's pics swapped as the Defensive Impact players. "C'mon, man!!"

Has that Steve Young type of running. Strangely elusive, stiff arms etc. I wonder if he'll run anybody over. Dude can ball.

The staff didn't think he'd get a medical exemption

So redshirting for a 2nd straight year literally wasn't an option.

for a 6th year waiver if you missed 2 years because of injury/hardship-- he wasn't injured last year so he's got 4 to play 4

I was surprised that Stoudt didn't play more in this game. Maybe trying to protect the health of the first backup?

Kelly has had very few, probably trying to get him more experience that Stoudt already has.
