Why would anyone in their right mind want Navy in the ACC.

Agreed the military academies would be so lost in the Power 4 with NIL these days.

They showed Navy practicing in Ireland the other day. They were wearing mesh shorts and beach looking hats.

I don’t know - you just hit on a great idea for the service academies. Why not get NIL deals from those bloated federal contracts for Lockheed, Raytheon, Boeing, Northrop Grumman etc and either compensate these players or recruit a higher caliber player. Just have to get them to commit to that post grad job for 4 years.

Oh by the way - did you know that Pfizer is listed with the 4th largest defense contract now? Around $16B.

Of course Navy can't compete. They are actually a real college football team. Not a bunch of professionals falsely branded as college football team.
