Folks - Dabo does NOT need any of us to tell him that this team is broken and some changes need to be made to turn it around.
Nothing is going to happen until the off season.
Dabo has made changes before and he will again.
We want this instantly and it doesn’t work this way.
Getting on Tigernet and questioning the man’s character and drive to win is crazy and unnecessary.
I lived through Hatfield, Tommy West, Bowden…. Get on your hands and knees and be thankful for Dabo and support him. He deserves our support and our faith that he will right the ship. If you can not do that, then just go away for awhile.
Dabo doesn’t need my or your advice. Losing hurts. We haven’t had to deal with this in a long time. But Dabo is hurting too.
All this whining and demanding Dabo do and say what you want is not helping the program.
We can have adult conversations on issues we see without attacking every word Dabo says.
This is going to take some time. Let’s calm down and let Dabo do what he needs to do to correct things when the season is over.

Dabo is telling you in these rants what he’s going to do. He’s doing what we call “managing expectations” by letting you know he’s taken us to the top, he knows what he’s doing, it’s just a down year.
He said to Tyler, “I was given an opportunity and I worked my butt off”. Last week regarding the team “they can’t work any harder”. Best isn’t about winning, it’s about doing your best. I’m not giving Dabo a hard time because I’m not listening to what he’s saying, to the contrary it’s because of what he’s saying and more recently how it’s being said.
