Football v Athletic programs

Ok so many don't like the idea of adding Cal, Stanford and SMU but we don't get a vote. If you ask any Athletic Director in the country, the ACC will be a stronger conference next year because of the additions. To the university Presidents, quality, both on and off the football field matter, but in the big picture in terms of a total program, the ACC will be better. Presidents, just like you and I, can read that 26 out the last 29 years, Stanford has won the Director's Cup signifying the best athletic program in the country. Are Cal and Stanford, great football programs right now, no. SMU has been to a bowl I think 5 of the last 6 non COVID years so they are not bad and are on the rise. Total programs, can you say, Tiger Woods, Colin Morikawa and Bryson DeChambeau, in golf for example, matter. The vote is complete be happy, it's the weekend.
