I prefer the way Nuk got his catches over Sammy's, but he

did get the record. I prefer actual downfield catches rather than that basically long hand off screen pass thing Sammy was getting a ton today. Sammy did get a few downfield, too.

Sure, and Sammy will be a fine pro, but I would just love to

actually see him used in a way where he is catching the ball near full speed downfield....crossing routes, something that has him already in motion. This seems to be his m.o. no matter what the D is giving or not giving.

Yeah, think they've been too conservative with Sammy

Seems like he could run by most secondaries.

That is what I keep hearing, and I guess that is my point.

I'm not sure I've ever seen him utilized that way in a true WR way. It always seems to be about getting it out to him in the flat and let him make a couple of moves and then explode. I have to believe the guy knows how to run actual WR routes that involve him going long, cutting across the middle, or something where he is already flying when Tajh puts it in his hands.

He is but, he comes up short with speed that Sammy possesses.

Maryland is terrible. Our best running back is mediocre at best. It is a major hole in our offense and teams with good defenses are going to force us to beat them with our running game. Luckily we don't play too many teams with good defenses. I'm just glad we were playing Maryland today or we would have been in trouble.

Sammy was running with authority after catches. Trucking folks! I love that s***! He'll get some long balls at UVa. He was doubled all night, and still produced. Love that dude!
