What always confuses me is...Rivals has him at 5 stars, but #15 overall. Espn has him as #2 overall, #1 OT, but only 4 stars?

ESPN seems to not really give out 5 stars until prospects are seniors. My understanding is that ESPN ranks them as college players, whereas Rivals, et al rate them with respect to their peers.
