i almost cut to ground this winter. I want to do something to keep it from growing so tall because a tstorm comes in the summer and demolishes them to the ground.

Bad spot because it doesn't get the sun until afternoon.

I've never had those kind. I moved my Hydrangeas to the back garden which is the East side (good), but gets a good bit of shade, but I think these guys will do ok in some shade. We'll see. I wanted to make a border for the Impatiens garden I plant every late spring.

Dogwoods are starting to open up and Red Buds are starting to bloom. Peonies look like they are about to pop.
