I've stopped making predictions about all of the craziness going on because I have no idea how it is going to shake out. The only thing I guess I hang on to is the fact that they have still not had an official vote to shut this down for good which tells me there is a lot of backroom negotiations going on and the final result is anyone's guess at this point.
My conclusion is "we will know when we know."
