I don't understand the hate with Kevin Steele. He coached for you guys and got you to a New Years day bowl. Yes, he got killed against West Virginia but your offense didn't help by having 4 turnovers. He also held Dabo to his lowest score in 39 games. Do I think Steele is the best defensive coordinator, No, but I also don't think he is the worse. I would probably put him and Brent Venables in the same category. I am sure if you talked to Oklahoma fans, they would tell you how bad Venables is. Just my 2 cents.

I love hearing about Kelly Bryant as a "new starter" but Jarrett Stidham with 4 total starts (3 at Baylor in 2015) and a bunch of Big 12 garbage time snaps is a seasoned vet in some people's minds. That makes plenty of sense.
