There will be stores here in Birmingham that will open up as soon as the game is over if the Tide win to sell National Championship merch. Has been advertised every year Bama or Auburn has been in the title game. Places like Academy and Dick's and the Bama equivalent of Mr. Knickerbockers. And the local news will have remotes showing the crowds buying the stuff. Wouldn't be surprised if Academy, etc in Greenville and other places are planning on this too.

My buddy just called me and told me all Academy Sports locations in Alabama will open immediately after game is over with custom National Championship T shirts with Date and Alabama's winning score. (Montgomery Advertiser local paper) .

Academy Sports are advertising that they will open the Anderson, Easley, and Greenville stores after the game Monday night so fans can get Clemson National Champion shirts. It's a calculated risk. Somewhere right now people are working hard printing both Clemson and Bama National Championship shirts. I hope the third world kids will like wearing crimson next week.
