I would love to see them team up right now and announce that they’re running as a team. That would blow the lid off a lot of things and the donations would pour in!
But, and I’m sure she is prepared, she is going to get attacked viciously by the left. Because if you are a woman, from a family that immigrated to America, like her parents, a person of color, if you are any of those things as a Republican, or like Nikki, all of those things, they are going to do everything they can to crucify you. Because you being successful shatters, their narratives,
That’s why they have gone out of their way to slander and destroy every black Republican!

That would be a strong ticket.
But it is ironic to say she will be attacked by the left, when Trump spent eight years falsely questioning Obama's citizenship.
Democrats will certainly aggressively compete against whoever gets the GOP nod, but she's going to be attacked for being a woman of color long before she gets anywhere close to the GOP nomination.

The main people hating her are those over the SC highway /transportation dept slush fund. She wouldn't budge on giving them that extra $ they were begging for. Unfortunately our legislative body gave it to them once she left office.

I have talked to her several times...during one of those talks (on video) She said she would not do something, then, when she became governor, she did it! I have no use for anyone that flows with whatever change occurs. The person I vote for has to at least stick to their beliefs. No, she is at the bottom of any republican I would vote for.
I will be showing that video when the primary comes around! So, no, I will not tell you anymore until then!
Just in case anyone here does not know, she attacked Trump when he was running for president, while McMaster supported Trump. McMaster ended up being Lt. governor. Trump appointed Haley to UN, not because he liked her, but to put McMaster into the governor's spot!

Nikki didn't do a bad job as Govenor of SC, but she did pisss me off with 25 cent a gallon gas tax to fix the roads, and that tax didn't fix one road that I could see, and they still beat our new automobile's slap to death in just 3-4 years, and everything in the steering and suspension had to be fixed or replaced!!!

Here’s the problem with gas taxes
Feb 15, 2023, 9:30 PM
|
|
The legislatures on the state and federal level have not passed a law that restricts and limits gas taxes to highways, bridges, etc. Gas taxes should only be used for roads and bridges. But the politicians, the corrupt, crony career politicians, will never vote for that because they see that as a cash cow for their giveaway programs to buy votes.
taxis are theft and unconstitutional.
And we don’t need the government to do infrastructure. America had tons of infrastructure long before there were taxes. The first bridge across the Cooper River in Charleston was a toll bridge built by a private company. The first bridge to Folly Beach was a toll bridge built by a private company. Texas and Florida have toll roads. The first paved highway from New York to San Francisco was paid for without taxes. The government should not be in the business of infrastructure.
One of the worst things the government ever did was build the interstate highway system. It created inner cities across America and destroyed small towns everywhere. The interstate destroyed more small towns and Main Streets than Walmart ever will.

I'd vote for her if I had to but she's basically Mitt Rommey in a dress and would fare similarly (or worse) if she did get the nomination. No way she gets 90 million votes, or whatever it will take to overcome Democrat vote harvesting moving forward. No idea how one of the most conservative states in the Union would elect someone to the left of Romney but they certainly did. Yay.

She is not a hard-core conservative, but she is light-years better than Mitt Romney, Chris, Christie, John McCain, John Kasich, Lindsey, Graham, etc., etc. She is not a rhino nor a neocon. She’s actually pretty libertarian. Look at the way South Carolina is growing. Do you think we would have Boeing, Mercedes, Volvo, a Tesla, battery company coming, Etc. without Nikki Haley? She made that happen. Those things take years and she was at the forefront of traveling around the world, especially Europe and bringing that manufacturing to South Carolina.
California, the Midwest, and the north east are dying. The south is going to rule America for the next hundred years. Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida are going to be leading the way!
I have been saying for years we need to eliminate our state income tax. It’s actually pretty high. Texas, Tennessee, and Florida are doing what they are doing because of no state income tax. South Carolina’s doing well. But we could be doing even better!
People love to point out how poor the south has been historically. Yeah. That’s what happen when the federal government puts a boot on your neck for generations following the Civil War. The south did not actually start emerging from the destruction of the Civil War until World War II. We also have the highest population of minorities in the country. Most southern states are Roughly around 30% minorities. And if you go to California, Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, any blue state that’s considered to be progressive and great for education, etc. look at the state county by county. The counties with the most minorities are the worst economically and educationally. California is worse than Texas in almost every category. and

We will have to agree to disagree. I voted for Romney and he's a total scumbag so I'll also vote for her if she's my only option but if she doesn't govern as a "hard core conservative" in a state that would embrace such leadership then I don't know why anyone would expect her to do anything other than move even more to the left if she ever won a national election. She would never in a million years have the guts to do what the Govs in Florida, Virginia or Texas are doing in their state to fight the culture war that is currently ongoing, despite SC being more conservative than any of those states. I'll leave it to you to decide just why that may be.

But she is still light years better than Romney, McCain, Chris Christie, Lindsey Graham, etc. because she’s infinitely better than the neocons and rhinos that make up that 1/3 of the republican party known as the establishment wing. They hijack the republican party when Bush 43 was in office. The never Trumper‘s. They’re not even remotely conservative. Haley may not be a hard-core conservative, but she’s a lot more conservative and libertarian than the establishment wing of the republican party. She is not a rhino. She is not a neocon. I wish she were more conservative. I wish she was more of a radical libertarian. But she’s not the establishment either. She’s somewhere in between. That’s infinitely better. I mean infinitely better that anything the Democrats would put on the table.

Until the pubs start vote chasing, ballot harvesting, drop boxing, etc.; they cannot, and will not win.
The Dems elected two dead guys. One president and one senator, that both hid in the basement the entire campaign. They don’t have to debate, talk to the press, or present a platform and they still got record breaking numbers of votes.
It’s a steady decline until Revolution II.

The left used of the media, Hollywood, publishing, big tech to silence, conservative voices and amplify left and progressive voices. They suppress stories that would absolutely positively have hurt Democrats at the ballot box. They absolutely did and at least I think 24 States illegally change their voting laws for mass widespread mail in balloting. How did the legislature can make those decisions, but they did it unilaterally. They are governors and their election commissions. That’s illegal. Mail in balloting was never meant to be used for these purposes. There’s no excuse for taking hours and hours and hours and hours even days to count votes. Florida was a #### show but now is an example of how voting should go across America. The left absolutely is corrupt and using ballot harvesting and other shenanigans to steal elections. France outlawed mail in balloting back in 1975 because of how easy it was to corrupt elections. But yet the left screams about election integrity and saying that it’s racist to ask for a photo ID. I guess almost every other country in the world must be racist, including Canada and Mexico.

Do you have any idea how many jobs Boeing, Volvo, BMW, Mercedes, the tesla battery company coming, etc. create?
Very very good paying jobs!
And for every 1 job by them you will get 10 or 12 if not more from contractors and suppliers that will move to the area to be next to them.
South Carolina is going to be one of the manufacturing giants of the future in America. The south is going to lead America for the next hundred years because the demographics and moving south. The only reason the south has been poor historically is because the government put their boot on the neck of the south following the Civil War. The south did not start recovering from the Civil War until World War II. Also, southern states are roughly 1/3 minorities. Go anywhere in America where you have a large percentage of minorities and you have all of the exact same problems as the south. Go to counties in California, Michigan, Illinois, New York, New Jersey that have a very high percentage of minorities and it looks exactly like the south. But keep spewing your ######## lies and communist propaganda! You are a disgrace to Clemson University!

Haley is a corrupt neocon crony capitalist. She trades political power for money.
The fact is that central planning is never the best route and usually fails. You would think people in the Lowcountry would realize this after having the economy directly tied to the Navy base and watching the fallout when that pulled out. But I guess people never learn.
Communists like central planning, btw. Communism is central planning taken to its logical end.
We don't need to pay companies to come to SC, we need to get the government out of the way. We have the most anti-business government in the South, unless of course you bribe the right people. That's corruption to the core.
