##### ever had but for the last two years Rattler scared me to death when we played them. Look at what he accomplished in two years at USUx with an inferior OL. That being said, why was he drafted so late? Did/does it have off field/locker room issues? I thought he would have been a great pick for someone who needed a back up QB.

Agreed. Although I hate the #####. I completely respect Connor Shaw. He represented himself and the ##### well. Far better than they deserved.

Measurables is the answer. Six foot tall, 4.9 40 and lacks elite arm strength. Like Tyler Davis and Trotter, he is a gamer who lacks the measurables which are coveted by NFL teams

Can’t remember who but one of the commentators on the draft said his work ethic and locker room presence was questionable.. not sure I heard anything during his college career to back that up. He’s always had a bit of cockiness about him on the field but a lot of guys drafted highly do. I’m not sure I would had put him ahead of the six in the first round but he had much less to work with also.
