Clemson football's in a very, very tricky place right now. The first thing we learnt in corporate media training was the pivot - the art of redirecting questions back to the desired narrative.

In this case, the narrative is that Clemson played one bad game and, while they've got work to do, they're still the same old Clemson.

Sure, this week's a new week and all and Dabo is as good as any at moving the kids through adversity quickly and with a forward-focused energy.

But, unless you're one of the kool-aid drinkers in here, you're not buying it. Takes more than duct tape and happy thoughts and words of affirmation to pull it out of the crater and get it airborne again.

Personally, I think they drop one more before Thanksgiving.

They just happened to win against some inferior talent/opponents. That’s why the coaches “didn’t see it coming”……..they were so immersed in the outcome, which is fine until it blinded them to the game within the game in many of the “subpar” victories that we had.
