I think we see immediate improvement. Very impressive we pulled him away from a program like PSU. We are a special place.

Not sure what boards you are seeing, but on 247 the messages are more not wanting him to leave, makes great second half adjustments, why would he move laterally, they had a top 10 defense playing the 9th hardest schedule, etc. Granted there are some happy to see him go. But not many. And that was his first year. I think it's a great hire.
