You apparently just put your meat into it for a few minutes, then after it’s done you just baste it with liquid smoke and your favorite bbq sauce and it’s supposed to be just like smoking low and slow on hardwood chunk.

You do realize the lake has different water temps at different places?

Right? I was fishing the ### this past weekend and it was 81 degrees, this is also some of the deepest water on the lake and combined w the output that turns up colder water to the top.
Can’t be like oh it’s 91 up here in some tiny ditch cove and that’s supposed to be lake-wide. It’s the most diverse lake and most water volume in the south east for a reason. What happens on the big water isn’t the same as a creek near Clemson.

I'm just going to assume you are trolling. Really though you are doing a great job at playing dumb.

Sometimes I’ll troll w spoons or umbrella rigs. I used to troll for musky on lake Adger (the lake I grew up on) w 10 inch lures. You had to troll for hours to even get a bite. Caught 6 one summer.
My father was a charter captain on lake Champlain and he would troll a lot w me for lake trout and walleye. Northern pike love a good troll w a silver spoon near points, gotta add a piece of red cloth to the end as a trailer. Sometimes we would even troll for small-mouth w deep crank baits along the rocky shore of lake Cayuga. But you gotta get a trolling plate for an outboard to not troll so fast.
I have even flew into lakes in Canada and we would troll with little spinner baits for yellow perch. Used tiny trolling jigs for rock bass, #### they taste good.
I’ve trolled for Sailfish and Marlin in Costa Rica, Jacks and Tuna. F we even trolled for mahi mahi. One time I caught a 60 pound shark trolling for swordfish. Went to Cabo in 5th grade and trolled for Marlin and Tuna. Caught a 60 pound Mahi trolling there. What a beautiful place to troll.
Trolling for trout in lake jocassee is a lot of fun. Dang is that lake gorgeous for trolling; Picture perfect. I do love a good troll, just sit back and wait for the fish to bite.
I have a vacation booked for next may to troll for 200 pound Tarpon in the Florida keys. Maybe I’ll troll for some wahoo and barracuda as well. If they won’t bite will downsize and troll for some yellow snapper. Maybe troll for a bonefish or two, or a permit. Love a good troll job.

But instead of just heat, the heat is blown around and circulated/distributed using a series of fans and/or air flow that allows it to cook more efficiently.

There should be a place that you could go and sit down, tell someone what you want, they'll cook it and bring it to you, then you eat it, and then you give them some money and just get up and leave without cleaning up afterward.
Someone ought to take that idea and run with it.

My indoor submerging high speed smoker

Is actually an indoor/outdoor smoker
Been putting Gucci Bag in there lately, but it's also had Moonwalker, and something called "smalls" which are these tiny size nuggets that go in the smoker perfectly and are pulled in a single hit
