Rohan must be an absolute nut case the brain injury that he suffered in that car wreck did him...while FSU had a great season with an army of mercenaries they lost the war and all went home...sounds like the ancient Greeks. JT wasn't even the best QB in the ACC! He was losing 14 to O to North Alabama when he got hurt...the backup put 58 on the board JT may not have been the best QB on his team!

As a non-lawyer all I can conclude is that this is a complex issue and no side has a perfect argument with no holes.
Rohan will be on youtube channels later today discussing what he saw in the courtroom.
My best guess is that when he rules on today's motions (dismiss, stay, seal) he will rule that the case will continue in his court for now and that the contract between ACC and ESPN will remain sealed for now.

The judge is going to come down on public disclosure in each of the seven states and it looks like ACC and ESPN are going to be told it is public information and can't be kept confidential.

As well as he should. Public entities, funded by the State, should be protected from restrictive, and strangling governance where it is obvious that harm can come to that entity/institution. Harm which can also impact the State in which the "party" concerned resides.
BTW, heck with the ACC!
