Just read some dinky article and they didnt even put our Tigers in the top 10. I almost stopped reading there, but had to see what they did with the defensive line. At least they put those boys in 2nd.
Seriously, though, with Sammy, Mike, Nuk, J Brown, Peake.... I could keep going that at least merits the top 10

Going back 21 seasons is a long time ago.
We became "WRU" during the past 10 years.
Same goes for the DL...over the past decade nobody has put more players the NFL than Clemson at this position (including 'Bama).

they went back to 1998, who'd we have back then Rod Gardner and Brian Wofford? Roscoe Crosby isn't moving us up the list.

I understand maybe not spread out but we've dominated talent wise at that position so much over the last decade it's warranted I'd say. Hopkins, Watkins, Peake, Scott, Williams, Renfrow, Bryant, Ford, Humphries I mean honestly I have a hard time thinking there's 15 teams with a better line up than that not including what's on the roster now.

I think I read this garbage to make sure I still have blood pressure. It really is hard to ignore the talent we had further back, though. Grisham, Currie, Youngblood, Hamilton to add a few more from the archives. Hard to argue we haven't had plenty of talent at WR for many years. It's just more of an effort to bait us. They are helping Dabo with the "disrespect" narrative that will result in the 3rd in 4 years.
Go Tigers!

But let's look at career NFL catches:
Grisham: 1 Currie: 0 Youngblood: 0 Hamilton: 0
Understand why we didn't make the top 10 now? Going back 13 years before Nuk and Sammy killed us.

David Hale posted their criteria on twitter:
1) First team All-Conference 2) Consensus First Team All American selections 3) NFL Draft Position 4) NFL Production over first four years.
The high marks from Hopkins and Watkins get averaged out from the previous 12 years starting from 1998. They didn't just use stats from the starters to create the scores. It's not a bad thing, if they used the last 10 instead of 20 we'd be up there.
