Judge does not care to be educated with facts and sound reason. He instead only prefers to stir up trouble on these boards and promote his love interest, Brownlee. He has one agenda and that’s it. Does no good to spit facts at him.

Assuming it is a valid complaint - I see no docket number - it wasn't drafted in 24 hours. Shows they have had it waiting, and would have filed first if they had known Clemson was going to file. That and the suit against FSU are probably the first proactive steps taken by the conference in years - suing their own members 🙄

The ACC can come to grips now or in 2036 but sooner or later the big dogs of the ACC will be out even if they form their own conference (far reaching i know) and then the leftovers will wind up competing with the sun belt and conference usa. Call their bluff and sue away.
