DT Recruiting

According to Rivals, there are 3 DTs ranked in the top 10 overall.

The top guy is from Georgia, then Daron Payne is from Alabama and he will probably go to Auburn or Bama. And then the other guy is from Florida.

Are we in the mix any of those guys?

The #1 DT and player in the country is Trenton Thompson out of Georgia. We are in his list of top schools, though it is always a struggle to land the #1 player. Daron Payne is another 5 star, and we are his top out of state school. However, the general thought appears to be that Auburn and Bama are battling for him.

Albert Huggins and Shy Tuttle are our best shots right now. They are very highly ranked big men out of the Carolinas, and both could be five stars before next February.
