Parks made some improvements over night in some areas and had a little back slide in another. One of the measures for cardiac improvements is the Troponin Levels. This measures protein in the blood related to heart damage. Yesterday his level was at 35 & this morning it was 28. That doesn't seem like much but every little bit counts. The physicians also report a small improvement in the inflammation of the heart! Tiny backslide--The oxygen portion of the ventilator had to be increased back to 100%.
The family is completely humbled by the support for them and Parks! Many of the children at the Blythewood schools today were wearing camo to show their support for Parks and the pictures are flooding in! Even some of the teachers were wearing camo today!

Some of you know that I coach a high school golf team in Blythewood SC. A player on our team named Parks Hutto (only an 8th grader but a future star) was emergency airlifted to MUSC late Saturday night. There is some type of virus that has attacked his hear and lungs.
I used his real name so that if you are so inclined you can pray for him specifically.
