Seems healthier to watch the replay.

I watch real time (usually at the stadium) and then watch the DVR of the game multiple times.

I listen while working in my office and run down the hall to catch replays. Then I rewatch a day or so later. Too nerve wracking to watch on TV and listen to the idiotic announcers. I hate to lose but can take it much better in person at the valley and I go to all the home games, since 1970. Just tough to watch a loss on TV. At least in person I can feel like I can contribute by yelling.

Usually DVR and watch later due to work and my children's sports up until last year. Now I work overseas and it's hit or miss depending on the game time and the fact that I have to work on Sundays here (9 hours ahead of SC).
